Service Referral: Electronic Referral (E-referral)

RSAB Harapan Kita is committed to providing women's, perinatal, and children's health services. Therefore, an electronic referral system (E-referral) was developed for tertiary cases.

Steps to make an electronic referral:

  1. Please download the appropriate form
  2. The form is printed and filled in. The completed form is then scanned in pdf format and sent to: bidmedik.rsabhk@ymail.com
  3. Answer given via email within 3 x 24 hours (working days)

Steps for Sending Samples to the Cytogenetics Laboratory

  1. Send 2 ml of blood in a vacutainer with a special anticoagulant, namely Sodium/ Lithium Heparin.
  2. Do not take blood with a 1 cc syringe; but use a 2.5/3 cc syringe (size 23G), so that the lymphocyte cells are not 'damaged'.
  3. Put the vacutainer in clean styrofoam with the container temperature attempted to be 2-8 C or Coolbox.
  4. This can be done by adding ice 'tinju'/ Ice replacement.
  5. Also include an Order Form containing the patient's identity, indication, doctor's identity and sending hospital.
  6. Wrap tightly with duct tape and send with JNE
  7. Inform RSAB Harapan Kita that there will be a sample delivery with JNE, so that the sample is received by the right officer.

Webinar dilakukan secara telekonferensi dengan RSAB Harapan Kita sebagai pengampu.
The webinar can be attended by institutions or individuals after registering on the registration icon.
