PROCEDURES AND METHODS FOR PUBLIC INFORMATION APPLICANTS TO SUBMIT PUBLIC INFORMATION DISPUTE APPLICATIONS:

  • Submission of a public information dispute to the information commission must be submitted by the public information applicant no later than 14 WORKING DAYS from the receipt of a written response to the letter of objection from the public information applicant to the superior of the public agency PPID or the end of the 30 WORKING DAY period for the superior of the public agency PPID to provide a written response to the letter of objection from the public information applicant.
  • Submission of public information disputes by individuals, legal entities or groups of people can be submitted by going directly to the Hukormas Section to meet the information administration-complaints and dispute resolution officer or submitting a public information dispute application.
  • Applicants for public information disputes are required to complete the application files for submitting a public information dispute before obtaining a registration number.
  • After the request for a public information dispute receives a registration number or registration certificate, 14 working days later the PPID of the National Maternal and Child Health Center RSAB Harapan Kita will begin the process of resolving the public information dispute by starting with a proper summons to the applicant and respondent to attend the non-litigation adjudication hearing at the initial examination stage.
