
From the results of the Public Satisfaction Survey on Health Services at RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta in the Third Quarter of 2024, it can be concluded that:
- The public satisfaction survey was successfully conducted at thirteen (13) service units at RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta with a total of 1,404 respondents.
- Based on the results of the calculation of the average Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) in each service unit, the final achievement of IKM for the provision of health services at RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta in 2024 was 90.28. With this achievement, health services at RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta in the third quarter of 2024 are included in the category of service quality “A” and service performance “SANGAT BAIK”.
- The service element that received the highest score was the Complaints, Suggestions and Input Handling element, which was 92.90.
- The service element that received the lowest score was the Completion Time element, which was 85.95.
- The service unit that received the highest IKM score was the Assisted Reproductive Technology Installation (Melati) with an IKM score of 96.69.
- The service unit that received the lowest IKM score was the Laboratory Installation with an IKM score of 87.77.
