Survei Kepuasan Pelanggan Semester I Tahun 2024
  1. From the results of the Public Satisfaction Survey on Health Services at RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta in the Second Quarter of 2024, it can be concluded that:

    1. The public satisfaction survey was successfully carried out in ten (10) service units at RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta with a total of 550 respondents.
    2. Based on the results of the calculation of the average Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) in each service unit, the final achievement of IKM for the provision of health services at RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta in 2024 was 90.46. With this achievement, health services at RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta in the second quarter of 2024 are included in the category of service quality "A" and service performance "VERY GOOD".
    1. There are one (2) service elements with good service performance, namely Infrastructure and Completion Time.
    2. The service element that received the highest score was the Implementation Competency element, which was 96.41.
    3. The service element that received the lowest score was the Facilities and Infrastructure element, namely 79.23.
    4. Unit pelayanan yang mendapatkan nilai IKM tertinggi adalah Instalasi Radiologi dengan nilai IKM sebesar 97,22.
    5. The service unit that received the lowest IKM value was the Regular Outpatient Installation with an IKM value of 89.18.
