AKUPUNKTUR UNTUK PROGRAM HAMIL

rsabhk.co.id, 12 September 2023, 10:00 WIB.

Akupunktur medis is a therapy that is done by stimulating the nerves of certain points on the body or acupuncture points using fine needles. The piercing of these acupuncture points will provide a biological reaction from the body and involve various signal molecules so that the body can function better.

Acupuncture can be performed on married couples to increase fertility. Acupuncture therapy performed regularly can increase the number and movement of sperm, thereby increasing fertility in men.

“It is best to do it twice a week for one or two months before starting a pregnancy program.”

Benefits of Acupuncture for Fertility

  • Increases blood flow to the ovaries which then improves the quality of the oocytes so that good quality embryos are obtained.
  • Preparing the endometrium layer (increasing the thickness of the uterine wall) for embryo implantation, improving immune factors to facilitate embryo attachment.
  • Helps hormonal imbalance.
  • Reduces pain, during procedures and other pain such as menstrual pain.
  • Reduces anxiety and stress.
  • Improve sperm quality in men.

Existing research proves that acupuncture therapy can help pregnancy programs and increase the success of the program. During pregnancy, acupuncture can reduce nausea and vomiting, lower back pain, insomnia, headaches, help relaxation and other conditions.
